Price Match Policy

If you find any products on our store that are selling for at least $100 more than another online retailer, then let us know to match that price.

You will need to have bought the product beforehand, and present us with a screenshot of the listing of the product and the link to it. Once you obtain the screenshot and the link, contact us at sales@thelumence.com.

Once price matched, you are eligible for a refund as shown in our Refund Policy, and you are able to re-purchase the product at a cheaper cost.

We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering. If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within 15 days of your purchase date we will refund the difference as well.

To request your partial refund simply e-mail us a link to the same product on our website or on our competitors’ website along with your order number within 30 days from the date of your order and we will process the credit accordingly.
