We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unridden or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase of that order. 

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from the supplier within 30 days from the date of receipt of shipment. To request an RMA, contact sales@thelumence.com

What’s Covered
This warranty covers defects All Yadea scooters sold through Lumence include a limited manufacturer’s warranty, valid for the original purchaser only. Coverage may vary slightly by region (Americas, Asia, Europe, etc.).

Warranty by Part Type (Americas, Asia, Africa, Oceania)
Main parts (frame, motor, controller, fork, handlebar, wiring):
1-year warranty

General parts (battery, charger, brakes, throttle):
6-month warranty

Wearable parts (lights, grips, fenders, kickstand, rubber trim):
3-month warranty

Europe-Specific Coverage
2 years on key frame and motor parts
Other components: 1 year, 6 months, or 3 months based on part category

What’s Not Covered
Damage caused by accidents, water immersion, misuse, or racing

Wear and tear from daily use (tires, pads, grips, etc.)

Use outside manufacturer guidelines or user manual

Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or using unofficial parts

Commercial use or rental use voids the warranty

Natural disasters or force majeure events (floods, earthquakes, etc.)
