We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unridden or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase of that order.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from the supplier within 30 days from the date of receipt of shipment. To request an RMA, contact sales@thelumence.com
Returns may be rejected at the customer’s cost if items do not meet the above requirements.

All DYU bikes are covered under 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the owner against all manufacturing defects (All free Accessories are not covered by warranty service).
The warranty would be registered automatically when the initial purchaser ordered it in the online shop. So the warranty is under the INITIAL PURCHASER and the 1-year warranty would be started since the initial owner has received it.
As for the warranty transfer, the ebike transferee can only enjoy the warranty when the following two conditions are met at the same time:
The 1-year package hasn’t expired since the initial owner has received it
You have the initial owner’s name & the initial order number.
All claims to this warranty must be made through DYU and submitted to service@dyucycle.com. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at service@dyucycle.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through DYU within 1 years of initial purchase.
DYU will not replace any part without first seeing photos or videos of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidence by email.
If you find any products on our store that are selling for at least $100 more than another online retailer, then let us know to match that price.
You will need to have bought the product beforehand, and present us with a screenshot of the listing of the product and the link to it. Once you obtain the screenshot and the link, contact us at sales@thelumence.com.
Once price matched, you are eligible for a refund as shown in our Refund Policy, and you are able to re-purchase the product at a cheaper cost.
