Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unridden or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase of that order. 

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from the supplier within 30 days from the date of receipt of shipment. To request an RMA, contact sales@thelumence.com 

​Returns may be rejected at the customer’s cost if items do not meet the above requirements.

Lumence DYU Warranty Policy
What’s Covered
Every DYU electric bike sold by Lumence includes a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Warranty coverage is automatically activated for the original purchaser starting from the date the bike is delivered.

Manufacturing defects in the frame, electronics, or key components.

Issues confirmed by DYU through proper documentation.

Warranty applies only to the initial buyer listed on the original order.

What’s Not Covered
Normal wear and tear such as tires, brake pads, and free accessories.

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or neglect.

Products not purchased directly from Lumence or authorized dealers.

Claims made without valid proof of purchase or supporting media such as photos or videos.

Warranty Transfers:
Warranty coverage may be transferred to a new owner only if the original 1-year warranty has not expired and the new owner can provide the original purchaser’s name and order number.

How to File a Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team first — some issues may be resolved with simple troubleshooting.

For manufacturer-approved issues, we’ll coordinate directly with DYU.

DYU will not approve or replace any part without prior visual documentation of the issue.

Note: Lumence honors the original DYU warranty as provided by the manufacturer. We do not offer additional warranties beyond those provided by DYU.
