We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unridden or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase of that order.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from the supplier within 30 days from the date of receipt of shipment. To request an RMA, contact sales@thelumence.com
Returns may be rejected at the customer’s cost if items do not meet the above requirements.
