Freego X60 Plus

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unridden or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase of that order. 

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from the supplier within 30 days from the date of receipt of shipment. To request an RMA, contact sales@thelumence.com 

​Returns may be rejected at the customer’s cost if items do not meet the above requirements.

Lumence Freego Warranty Policy
What’s Covered
All Freego e-bikes sold through Lumence include a limited manufacturer’s warranty for the original purchaser only.

2 years on the bike frame and stem.

1 year on motor, battery, controller, and display.

6 months on throttle, lights, and brakes.

30 days on wear-prone parts such as grips, brake pads, tires, tubes, and chains.

To maintain coverage, proper charging, care, and usage according to the user manual is required. Warranty coverage is not transferable and excludes second-hand purchases.

Not Covered by Warranty
Improper use such as racing, stunts, overloading, or neglect.

Water damage from riding in heavy rain, snow, or floods.

Batteries damaged due to lack of monthly charging or use of incorrect chargers.

Accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Damage caused by shipping carriers (claims must be made with the courier).

If your product is out of warranty or damage is caused by misuse, replacement parts can still be purchased for up to 2 years after purchase.
