Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unridden or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase of that order. 

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from the supplier within 30 days from the date of receipt of shipment. To request an RMA, contact sales@thelumence.com

Warranty

Lumence OKAI Warranty Policy
What’s Covered
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing or materials that affect performance or safety, as well as malfunctions that occur under normal, intended use. Issues confirmed through inspection by OKAI or an authorized technician are also covered. If your OKAI e-bike is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will coordinate repair or replacement through the manufacturer at no cost to you.

What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as tires, brake pads, and chains. It also excludes damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. Any warranty claims based on subjective performance or preference are not eligible. Additionally, unauthorized repairs or tampering will void the warranty.

How It Works
You will be responsible for shipping the item to OKAI for evaluation unless otherwise arranged. OKAI covers return shipping after approved repairs or replacements. All claims are reviewed directly by OKAI to determine eligibility under their warranty terms.

Please note that Lumence does not offer warranties beyond those provided by OKAI. Any third-party service or damage not related to a manufacturing defect may not be eligible for repair or replacement under this policy. If you have questions or need help with a warranty claim, contact our support team and we will guide you through the process.
