At Lumence, we stand behind every product we offer — and that includes e-bikes manufactured by OKAI. All OKAI models sold through Lumence come with a limited 1-year manufacturer’s warranty covering key defects in design, materials, and workmanship.
✅ What’s Covered

Defects in manufacturing or materials that affect performance or safety

Malfunctions that occur under normal, intended use

Issues confirmed through inspection by OKAI or an authorized technician
If your OKAI e-bike is found to be defective within the warranty period, we’ll coordinate repair or replacement through the manufacturer at no cost to you.
❌ What’s Not Covered

Normal wear and tear (e.g. tires, brake pads, chains)

Damage from accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications

Any warranty claims based on subjective performance or preference

Unauthorized repairs or tampering — these void the warranty
🔁 How It Works

You’ll be responsible for shipping the item to OKAI for evaluation (unless otherwise arranged).

OKAI covers return shipping after approved repairs or replacements.

All claims are reviewed directly by OKAI to determine eligibility under their warranty terms.
Important: Lumence does not offer warranties beyond those provided by OKAI. Any third-party service or damage not related to a manufacturing defect may not be eligible for repair or replacement under this policy.
