Lumence Optibike Argon Warranty Policy
What’s Covered
The Optibike Argon electric bike sold through Lumence is covered under a limited manufacturer warranty for the original owner only. Coverage includes:
The battery is covered for 2 years.
The frame is covered for 5 years.
The electronics are covered for 1 year.
The motor is covered for 1 year.
Brakes are covered by the original manufacturer.
Suspension is not applicable, as the Argon has no suspension.
The drivetrain is covered by the original manufacturer.
Coverage applies to manufacturing defects only. Damage from misuse, improper maintenance, abuse, water exposure (beyond shallow crossings), commercial use, or unauthorized modifications voids the warranty.
Warranty coverage is non-transferable and valid for the original retail purchaser only. Lumence does not cover any labor or shipping outside the continental U.S. after the first 12 months.
Battery Coverage
The battery is guaranteed to retain at least 70% of its original capacity at the end of the 2-year period.
If failure occurs in the first 12 months, full repair or replacement is covered.
If failure occurs after 12 months, a partial (prorated) credit applies.
The battery must be stored and charged according to manufacturer instructions.
Do not charge the battery below 0°C (32°F).
Do not leave the battery fully discharged.
Do not leave the battery connected to the charger long-term.
Do not leave the battery unattended during charging.

Lumence assists with all warranty communication.
